A Dovecote tasting is a uniquely intimate and memorable experience. We are a small family team who are passionate and knowledgable about this special place and the wines we produce. Visits often last 90-120 minutes as you learn the story of our wines, the characteristics of our appellation, and understand our philosophy of purpose through an unfolding journey of the senses.

We purposefully limit the number of visitors to encourage authentic and meaningful conversation with your host. Often, you and your group will enjoy the site privately.
